Balanced diet Coaster

This coaster is here to support your nutritional choices, whatever they may be and however late they happen. Perfect for anyone who believes balance is less about vegetables and more about making sure both hands are equally occupied. This is my idea of a balanced diet appears in bold white and yellow lettering across the top of the coaster. A smiling woman with a vintage 1970s look is centred against a deep blue background. She wears a bright yellow blouse with a patterned blue neck scarf. In one hand she holds a glass of white wine and in the other a glass of red wine. The overall design is cheerful, humorous, and retro-inspired, with strong contrasting colours and a playful take on healthy living.
