Electrolyte Powder

Beyond Electrolyte Powder is a stripped-back hydration mix with just three ingredients: potassium citrate, Himalayan salt and magnesium bisglycinate. It's sugar-free, with no added flavourings, sweeteners, colours or fillers. Expect a light, slightly salty taste: stir it into water, squash or whatever you're already drinking. Each 3.36g scoop delivers 757mg of potassium and 439mg of sodium – two of the main electrolytes lost through sweat. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and the normal functioning of the nervous system, and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Take it before, during or after training, sip it through the day in hot weather, or keep a pouch in your bag for travel. Each 250g pouch contains 74 servings, and the resealable pouch is recyclable with carrier bags at larger supermarkets. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. We’re moving to new teal packaging.
