Personal data collected and processed
When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect information in order to establish a subscription relationship and to provide you with access to promotions, new agreements and information about new offers or other information about our services and activities; and to be able to respond to requests from users, customers and others. We also collect information in connection with our agreements with suppliers and other partners. In this context, we may process the following personal data: Name, email address, telephone number, and other information provided in requests to us or necessary to follow up requests and/or carry out activities or services.
The purpose of obtaining names is to be able to personalize our dialogue and marketing with and towards the User.
The purpose of the email address is to communicate promotions, offers and sales. It is thus necessary to deliver the service and fulfill the contract when you sign up for our newsletter. Any consent you give us is linked to the email address provided and we will send you relevant marketing about contracts, offers, services and products with Suppliers.
We will use personal information such as name, company name, email address and/or phone number to create a customer and/or subscriber relationship with the necessary details to deliver the service, including relevant offers and products.
It is optional for you to provide us with your personal information, but if we do not receive the necessary information, we may not be able to provide you with our services or provide satisfactory answers to questions and requests.
We use cookies on our websites. Cookies are used primarily to measure traffic, improve content and optimize our services. See an overview of the cookies we use here.
We use third-party cookies such as measurement and analysis software and social media. When you visit our Social Media pages, the respective media channels collect personal information used to establish statistics. Tensaii does not have access to specific personal data collected, but we have access to aggregated and anonymized statistics produced by the social media channel. Some of these third parties are outside the EU.
We will not process personal data for marketing purposes unless we have obtained consent to it, or there is an existing customer relationship. You can declare that you no longer wish to receive marketing communications at any time by unsubscribing via a link in our newsletters.
Use of data processors
The data processor for the personal data is PRO ISP. Their complete data processing contracts can be found here: https://www.proisp.no/databehandleravtale/. In some cases, we will transfer personal information to our partners and suppliers, such as it providers, newsletter publishers, marketing companies, customer satisfaction survey providers and the like. The tools we use for such communications may vary depending on the purpose, but as a general rule it will be the MailChimp mail system. In these cases, MailChimp will be the data processor, and their full data processor agreement can be found here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/data-processing-addendum/. All recipients of personal data that we process will process personal data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.
Disclosure of personal data
We will also be able to provide your information to external third parties if required or included as part of the service we will provide to you. For example, public authorities such as police, tax authorities, courts or others with legitimate claims. We may also pass on insensitive personal information such as telephone numbers and e-mail addresses to paying agents who may offer you a product or service in commercial aspects.
